Hospice Foundation

The Above & Beyond Hospice Foundation was established in 2007 as a 501c(3) charitable organization. The foundation was established to assist patients and their families who are experiencing financial burdens.

The foundation assists with:

• caring for individuals without insurance
• assisting families with transportation costs and other emergency
• assisting families with comfort needs not otherwise covered under hospice or home health
• 100% of the donations made through the foundation are spent directly on benefiting the patients we serve.
