Dear Hospice workers – Thanks so much for the loving care that you gave our mother during her last several weeks of life. We wish you could have known her when she was more expressive and when she was singing as she always had music to sing or hum.

Thanks to all of you who helped “Mom’s” last few weeks as peaceful as possible. You were all wonderful.

Dear Hospice Nurses A big thank you from all of us from the bottom of our hearts for the care and kindness you gave my husband during his journey home. What a loving and caring group. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

Dear Friends- words cannot express our greatfulness for the tender care that you extended to grandpa during his final days. Your kindess & gentleness to him and to Grandma made the difficult process much more bearable. We are deeply greatful.

It is difficult to express what your service meant to our family during his illness and passing. Everyone who came to our home was so thoughtful and caring. As [the patient] told several of you, we welcomed you into our home and our hearts. You provide such an important service for families dealing with end-of-life of a loved one.
